What are your support hours?
Our support team is available Monday to Sunday, 9am to 10pm (Irish time). You can reach us by email, phone, or live chat during these hours. Emergency support for critical issues is available 24/7 for Growth and Enterprise customers.
How quickly will I get a response?
Our average email response time is under 2 hours during business hours. Live chat responses are typically under 2 minutes. Phone calls are answered immediately during support hours.
Do you offer on-site support?
Yes, we offer on-site installation and training for all plans. For Enterprise customers, we provide dedicated on-site support and regular check-ins to ensure your system is running smoothly.
Is training included with my subscription?
Yes, all Postree plans include free onboarding training for your team. We offer remote training sessions, video tutorials, and step-by-step guides. Additional training sessions can be arranged at any time.
What happens if my POS goes down during service?
Postree works offline, so your POS will continue taking orders and processing payments even without internet. Once connectivity is restored, all data syncs automatically. For hardware issues, our support team can assist immediately via phone.
