What hardware do I need to run Postree POS?
Postree runs on any Windows 10 or Windows 11 device with a touchscreen. We recommend a minimum of 4 GB RAM and an internet connection for cloud sync. We also offer pre-configured hardware bundles including touchscreen terminals, receipt printers, cash drawers, and barcode scanners.
Does the POS work if my internet goes down?
Yes. Postree is designed to keep working offline. Orders, payments, and receipts continue to process normally. Once your connection is restored, all data syncs automatically to the cloud so your reports stay accurate.
Can I switch from another POS system?
Absolutely. Our onboarding team handles the migration for you. We can import your menu items, product categories, pricing, and customer data from most major POS systems. Most migrations are completed within 48 hours with no disruption to your service.
How long does staff training take?
