How does POS pricing work for multiple locations?
Your first location starts at €49/month. Each additional location (up to 4) is €25/month extra. So 2 locations would be €74/month, 3 locations €99/month, and 4 locations €124/month. For 5 or more locations, contact us for custom enterprise pricing.
Are there any contracts or lock-in periods?
No. Postree plans are month-to-month with no minimum contract length. We believe in earning your business every month, so you are free to cancel at any time without penalty.
How does the 5% online ordering fee work?
You only pay when you earn. There are no monthly fees for online ordering — just a flat 5% commission on each order placed through your branded website. This covers hosting, payment processing, and ongoing maintenance of your ordering platform.
What hardware do I need?
Postree runs on standard Windows tablets, laptops, and desktop PCs. We also supply pre-configured hardware bundles that include a touchscreen terminal, receipt printer, and cash drawer. Contact our sales team for recommended setups.
Can I add services later?
Absolutely. All add-ons can be added at any time as your business grows. Start with just the POS and add online ordering, QR table ordering, or digital marketing whenever you are ready. There is no penalty for upgrading or changing your package.
Can I switch from another POS system?
Yes. Our onboarding team will help you migrate your menu, products, and customer data from your existing system. Most migrations are completed within 24 to 48 hours with zero downtime.
