By accessing and using the Postree website and software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Postree grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our services for your legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to access them through unauthorised means, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Postree grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Postree software for the duration of your subscription. This licence is limited to the number of terminals and locations specified in your subscription plan. You may not sublicence, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the software without prior written consent from Postree.
All intellectual property rights in the software, including source code, design, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Postree.
All prices are quoted in euros and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise Postree to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.
Postree reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Postree provides technical support via email, phone, and our online ticket portal during the support hours specified in your plan. Support covers assistance with software configuration, troubleshooting, and general usage queries. Support does not include on-site visits, network configuration, or third-party hardware and software issues unless specifically agreed in writing.
We aim to respond to all support requests within a reasonable timeframe and will make every effort to resolve issues promptly.
Hardware purchased through Postree is covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. Postree will facilitate warranty claims on your behalf where possible. Hardware warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications. Replacement hardware will be provided subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and availability.
You may cancel your Postree subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, your access to the Postree software will be terminated and your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted unless you request an export.
Postree reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms of Service, subject to reasonable notice where practicable.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with consumer protection regulations. Hardware purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
